"This hotel is what it is. The most inexpensive place I could find in a somewhat decent neighborhood. The plus side is the close proximity to the BART station at 16th and Mission. Easy walk to the Judah line. Great coffee shop half a block north on Valencia. The place has character and is old school. Not a place to hang out and chill, but worked well as a place to sleep. "

"Parking is a pain you can look for curb spots or uber from a garage, staff is awesome really enjoyed the guy.

"Had a great stay at Howard’s property. It is the lower level of a house, very nice having a garage if renting a vehicle. Very safe area and close access to Golden Gate Park and Muni buses. Howard was accommodating and met upon arrival. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.
