The location is convenient to where my family live, and away from the city centre, but adjacent to the showground, so depending upon which activities people wish to access, may impact customers choosing this venue."

"Room was nice and clean with good facilities, but the spa and swimming pools changing rooms need refurbishment, there was lockers without doors and even the lockers which had doors had their locks broken which couldn’t be used. I had leave my stuff in my room which wasn’t convenient."

"We stayed in a two bed pod. The pod was perfectly clean and suited us perfectly for our short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Small shop on site was useful. The children enjoyed the play area. Would recommend. "

"The self serve check in machines x 2 were not working. No one the front desk, asked the lady managing the bar she said she would be there in a bit, but in the meantime continued to serve new people coming up to the bar, cleaned multiple tables all the time whilst I was waiting just to check in. Once I asked again and she came over to help,! but she was sickly sweet. I just wanted to check in. 20mins later it finally happened. Room was good, had kettle and tea available for the morning. Bathrooms were clean and had shampoo, body wash and hand soap. Check out was a different experience and the man at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. Did not use the restaurant or bar. I would stay again if in the area. Make sure you register your car at check in in the lobby. I had heard of people getting tickets. "
