Bed and Breakfast in Holbeach

"The room was very clean, as was the shower room, very freindly cleaning staff and the host , near to clock tower local shop just up road , private parking, excellent all round The price for the twin room is excellent , would stay again and definitely recommend it to others "

"This is a great venue if you wish to be off grid lifestyle. For us it didn’t quite meet our needs as our dog couldn’t manage the staircase & although we thought we had a shower and separate bathroom we only had a bath. Hot water is at a premium here we found & lacking in water pressure. But truly a great venue if you wish to unplug, & chill. One recommendation I would make, to help dogs relax. Is to the make the gardens private with privacy screens. The dog next door was barky & uneasy...

"We have just come back from staying here it could do with some pictures and some updating was cheep enough staff were very helpful and polite needs a good sign outside to say where it is because we were driving up and down the road looking for it and close to the shops and 15/20 minutes walk to the beach we will stay there again but please update the places and make it a bit homely a fridge in room for milk for your cuppa in the morning "

"The food was very good (ham was delicious!) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pub had a nice friendly feel, too. Plenty of on site parking and it felt clean. The only minor quibble was the tv screen in our room was abs tiny (small). Overall, was good value."
