What a wonderful find Wenns was! We stayed overnight for a family celebration- our ‘room’ which was actually a suite was massive! Lovely comfy bed and clean modern bathroom with great shower and separate bath. We had breakfast the following morning and that was superb too. Staff were friendly and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

We only stayed here for one night as part of a bigger trip but I'd love to have stayed for longer. From the moment we pulled up into the historic Saturday market place I knew we were onto a good thing. We were given a warm welcome by the staff and given a tour of our room the facilities and decor was great. Warm, clean and cosy. The restaurant downstairs is also brilliant, delicious local food and a great choice of drinks. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Location opposite the Abbey and in the High Street was very convenient plus low rate car parks. Our Rush Suite was brilliant with good size bedroom and bathroom plus lounge/kitchen. A warm welcome greeted us and the food on offer was good quality. We were very pleased to have stayed Wenns!

Booked this for a last minute break. Good town centre location. Parking options near by.Plenty if space. Very clean. Some furnishings show some tiredness, but overall very good and would go back if the price was right. We liked Kings Lynn and the surrounding area. Norwich an hour or so away. Roads can be congested, so allow for that.

The room was large and comfottable. There was plent of tea, coffee, towels and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were nice and friendly. I did not eat in the bar but the menu did look good. The hotel was situated in a nice part of Kings Lynn. Good for shopping and site seeing.

My first stay at Wenns and a very pleasant one. I have to travel lots for business and you get used to overnight stays in shoebox size rooms however this was anything but. The accommodation was a studio apartment complete with cooking facilities, fridge, reasonable size shower cubicle and a roll top bath. Quite unexpected. Staff were great and I left thinking that I could happily spend a week there. Small criticisms. It was a warm night so I opened the velux windows but the room would have benefited from an electric fan. The shower head is too small so it’s more of a jet of water than a sprinkler system. Spend a tenner on a larger diameter one that gives the user some control over their soaking. Neither of these items however constitute a deal breaker for my next visit. Thanks for a great stay.

A fantastic overnight stay, very central to Kingslynn, with great views of the minster, and super food and service downstairs at the restaurant.

Fair value but over inflated rating.
Well located in Kings Lynn. No on site parking, but there is a short term pay and display car park opposite. Room had a few minor shabby maintenance issues - water stains on ceiling, bathroom sealant needed redoing. Bed was comfy enough. Room was hot but no fan. Hallway and stair carpet leading to room were absolutely filthy and what looked like oil stained so not a great first impression. We stayed three nights and the room wasn’t made up at all during our stay nor replenished with consumables like tea and coffee. While we were able to get these replaced by asking at the bar, one night we were challenged with you haven’t got ANY tea and coffee? Well, no, that’s why we are asking! Which was a bit of an odd question given they don’t service the rooms! We didn’t eat in the pub and were told on checkin they don’t do breakfast except at weekends. Overall it was an ok stay, but not sure how it warranted the very high hotels.com score which seems vastly inflated compared to other properties we’ve stayed in with similar scores.
