The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and very well provided for furry friends. There was lots of space to sleep the 7 of us adults, however the 7th bed was a trundle bed and no bedding was provided for it, including a towel.The check in process was difficult and communication awful, I spoke to 5 different just people trying to check in and get the access code (originally told to pick up a key?) I got emails with different check in times, my online check in wasn’t validated until I called them once we arrived (I completed it 3 days prior) and still didn’t receive an access code until 3.56pm when I was told 2.45pm.Overall the house was really beautiful and spacious, we would stay again but keeping in mind we now know the check in maybe be difficult.
