"This is one of the nicest all-inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at. We stayed (family of 5) for 5 days over my kids’ spring break. The hotel was busy, but never felt over-crowded. Our room was a two room suite, which I couldn’t find much info about on the setup. We were happy with the room when we finally saw it. It is two separate rooms, but it has a small hallway that has a door so we were able to keep the bedroom doors open for each other while still keeping the hallway door closed. Worked perfect for us. The buffet was always stocked and the food was wonderful. Lots of options and variety every day. We ate at the steakhouse and that was delicious too. The snack bar by the pool was the kids’ favorite. The pool area was clean and a lot of fun with the activity staff. Activity pool was heated, but the others were not, but still nice enough. The staff was the VERY best. Every employee we interacted with waswonderful. When we needed anything in our room, they were there within minutes. We got to the hotel at 4am after flight delays and cancellations, and the desk staff could not have been nicer. The only thing that was a tiny downfall was the beach. It is smaller, and on one side, mostly rocks. We still enjoyed it, and with a short walk over towards the RIU Caribe, we had even more beach front to enjoy. We will 100% go back to this resort!!! We’ve been home for a few hours and the kids are already asking when can we go back. Thank you RIU Palace!!!"

"What a great deal! I expected to not have that great of a place due to the price but no, this place was great. Fun pool for the kids, great pool for the adults, nice private beach area, and free breakfast! Very happy. Location was nice and safe! I will be coming back "
