"1. No drinking water in any form. 2. Coffeemaker for a single cup in a suite for 2 3. Poorly hang curtines 4. Brocken chair 5. Sofa looks like it came from the dorm. 6. Only one hook for the bath towel in the bathroon. Nowhere ho hang hand towell 7.half of the shower stall has no door, water splashes on the bathroom floor 8 frame of the bathroom stall is made out of the very thin and flexible metall. I almost slipped and when I tried to hold onto it, it barely hold the glass panel. 9. No phone at all in the suite. 10. They charged me additional"destination resort" fees after I paid the full amount through the Expedia.11. No room service. One can survive without all this, but this suppose to be a luxury boutique hotel. Motel 6 is a Ritz in comparison. "

"The rooms are large and comfortable. Loved that it had a couch and sitting area with its own tv. Large refrigerator. Great location and great breakfast and happy hour as well!"

"This hotel has an amazing location!! Close to everything and the staff were very helpful calling cabs, giving directions or helping you use the trolley or bus system. The rooms are just standard hotel rooms, nothing special or different. However the ice machines did not work on multiple floors, for whatever reason the rooms on our floor were never cleaned until we asked about it on day #4. The air conditioning would randomly go out then come back on so you were either freezing or burning up. When this was mentioned they literally ignored it. I booked a room including the "resort $25 per day option for the perks" when I get there I get 3/4 of the perks and when I question it the front desk clerk acted like I owed her something for asking why I was being denied the additional perk. I had to loop in the manager and he just passed the buck saying it was expedia's fault. No sir, it was not - your desk clerks messed up and need to own up to it. I paid the hotel directly. Also this hotel has quite a bit of homeless that sleep in the area so if you are out extra early or late - they are in several of the doorways."

"AC was inconsistent and loud Was given 4-12x12 pillows and a very light comforter Front desk said had no extra pillows, or actual bed pillows or comforters I’ve stayed here at least 6 times over the last few years and will be my last time "

"Loved the location as you can walk to a lot of restaurants close to French quarters. I did not get the room i booked upon check in but Taylor fixed the issue for me the next day once a king room became available. Room was clean but definitely needs some upgrades, surroundings were quiet so perfect for a nap and goodnight sleep. I would stay there again as it was also affordable. "
