"Overall this was an amazing property to stay at, we used it as a base whilst travelling all over Scotland. Absolutely stunning lounge, with great views, great location, very short, easy walk to Ayr Beach. Also a short walk to a pub (Fox and Willow, which I recommend highly, amazing food). The property was very clean, had all the facilities needed, kitchen was well stocked should you want to self cater, things like dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid are provided, also a nice touch was ice cube...

"We stayed here for the weekend to attend the Viking Festival. Location was perfect. Neighbours very friendly and welcoming. The flat itself was perhaps a little smaller than I expected and very sparse as far as bed and pillow covers and towels. There were 4 adults staying but only towels supplied for two. The duvet and pillows were missing covers for the bed settee. Other than that we loved our time in Largs."

"Apartment was comfortable. The alet and stairs up to it were awful and could have been improved with a clean or a paint. Beds were comfortable. Just needed some general upkeep done on it, skirtings cleaned and painted, hole in bathroom wall filled. Everything you needed for a weekend away but not done to my standard."

We had a slight problem with the heating on the Saturday evening and Fiona and her husband came round right away and fixed it in a few minutes. The flat is very central to all the bars and restaurants and 5 mins walk to the beach."
