"When we arrived early, Nicola at reception checked if our room was ready and got us booked in and up to the room ahead of check in time. This helped massively as we were going to a party. The breakfast was excellent and the only criticism was that the property needs a bit of TLC. The water temperature fluctuated a bit in the shower and the fans were a little noisy but overall a good stay."

"We enjoyed a wonderful overnight stay in this beautiful Ayr town house. Alison and Neil were the perfect hosts, and made us feel extremely welcome. The location is ideal, just a ten minute walk from Ayr beach and town centre and the house is set on a gorgeous leafy avenue. The Town House is absolutely stunning, tastefully decorated throughout and immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious in a lovely dining room and street parking is available directly outside the house. I genuinely can't recommend this place highly enough, we loved it."
