"Location & view of Arran from our large room were stunning. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Served quickly. Even although they were very busy, ‘Service with a Smile’ was appreciated. Room was a little ‘worn’, with water damage in the bathroom. Warm with heating efficient. In the pool the jacuzzi wasn’t working, but also had a sauna and steam room."

"Nice hotel , first time. Booked it for my husbands birthday as he wanted to try because we have stayed a few times at the waterside & loved it. Preferred the waterside. Food is better although we had a good meal at the gailes. My husband is really hard to please. A retired chef.😗 My meal was really nice but my husband had battered fish & he did say it was tasteless. We had a good sleep & breakfast was good.Room was just as i had asked. Spotlessly clean. Well done to your cleaning staff, they are the guys that makes your stay worth it."
