Troon town centre apartment. Great for golf, beach, coastal walks and much more.
Whether its golfing at Royal Troon, or the host of amazing Ayrshire courses, kite surfing on the local beaches or walking the miles of Coastal walks, this spacious 3 bedroom apartment has all you need.
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything in Troon from this town centre location. Spacious 1st floor(Level 2) apartment, 120m2. 3 king bedrooms, large kitchen, dining room and living room. 1 bathroom and 1 en suite
Free on street evening parking, free car park 200m away. Easy walk to all local activities. Numerous restaurants and bars. Troon beach 5min walk Barassie beach 6min walk. Golf: Troon links 14min walk Royal Troon 25min walk.
The space:
Large entrance hall with storage space for shoes and jackets.
There are three large bedrooms with kingsize beds, one of which can be set up as a twin if requested. Each bedroom also has bedside tables with lamps, towels, hairdryer, hanging space and shelves for clothing, a comfy seat, a smart tv and mirror.
There is a large family bathroom which has a bath with shower over and there is also an en suite shower room to bedroom 1. Each has locally sourced Arran Sense of Scotland shampoo, shower gel, hand wash and hand lotion provided.
The spacious kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dish washer, washer/dryer, range cooker, kettle and microwave. There’s a large selection of cutlery, crockery, glassware and cookware. We provide coffee, tea and sugar plus some basic cooking essentials such as oil, herbs, spices, salt and pepper.
The separate dining room has a table for 6 and a snug with a couple of comfy chairs.
The living room has plenty of seating and a Smart TV. There’s also a selection of board games and books. If you’re travelling with babies or small children let us know when you book. We can provide a travel cot or kids bed rails, a high chair, steps, kids toilet seat, kids cutlery/crockery, etc.
Guest access:
The main street entrance door has a key code for access. The apartment door has a key safe outside also opened with a code, inside you will find one set of keys for the apartment door. Additional sets of keys will be left inside the flat for you. Codes for the street entrance and the key safe will be sent to you by email prior to arrival so you can self check in at your convenience.
Other things to note:
No pets.
No parties or events. Please be considerate towards the neighbours on both sides of the apartment.
No smoking or vaping inside the property please.
We can provide a travel cot, high chair and other useful items if required for babies or younger children.
Please note that this is a first floor apartment with no lift so may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or who require wheelchair accessible accommodation.
