"Parking "

"I enjoyed the water portion to the hotel but the rooms were not what I expected , due to renovations there was a horrible paint smell , they only had one elevator working so to get on / off the hotel it would take 10 min every time. We did end up calling the front desk to see if we could get a different room bc the smell was so bad we were getting headaches and we did have a toddler with us, they did end up getting us a different room which was good I guess."

"The breakfast was the same every single day. On the 3rd day, i was feeling sick of it already. "

"El hotel tiene una buena ubicación; sin embargo, en general, las instalaciones son antiguas. La habitación que me asignaron estaba sucia: incluso encontré una prenda de ropa interior de un huésped anterior, lo cual es inaceptable. Durante mi estadía, no realizaron la limpieza de la habitación de manera adecuada. Tuve que llamar para solicitarla y, de los cuatro días que me hospedé, solo en una ocasión hicieron la limpieza; el resto de los días únicamente me entregaban toallas. Adicionalmente, para utilizar el Business Center debía pagar 5 dólares por 20 minutos, aun cuando solo necesitaba imprimir un documento. En recepción me indicaron que debía ingresar mi tarjeta para poder hacerlo, sin ofrecer otra alternativa"

"Upon checking in the room wasn’t immediately available. Waited an hr before our room was ready. The rooms are specious and clean. The water park was nice. Landscaping needed some attention. "
