"A marina view from our room was spectacular. The room was clean but very very basic. Our thermostat did not work. It was either on full blast cool no matter what temperature setting we chose or we turned off. Called the front desk, but nothing was done about it. Dining options are limited. It was a three star hotel."

"Loved my stay at citizenM Miami World Center. It's the perfect location if you're here to watch the Heat 🏀 at the Kaseya Center, as I was. The whole hotel was very well maintained, with a very smart entrance and reception, through to the lifts and room. I had the hotel breakfast, and found it was well laid out, good options and great value. "

"Pool & Hot Tub closed early pretty disappointing (7pm) after charging amenity daily fees & not being able to use them; Also, the parking garage is extremely tight on parking. "

"The "evening party" with music and free drinks is not ideal for early sleepers or people who are napping after a late flight. Being an indoor event with indoor booming facing rooms (Embassy Suite style) it was very loud. But still rated 5 stars despite the personal inconvenience."
