"We were so impressed with Dave and his home. He keeps it clean, and there were so many amenities. Everything you could ever need is stocked in the home. The beds are super comfortable, Dave is very responsive, and we felt safe and very well taken care of. If I had any recommendations for staying here it would be to bring some earplugs IF you are sensitive to noises at night. By no means did this affect our experience, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. 5 Stars! "

"Positives: Clean and cute! Plenty of drawer and hanging space! Even thought to have extra individually wrapped toothbrushes with toothpaste if needed! It was nice to have the option to let my Mom go inside by the alley using the back door where it was more flat verses walking up the steep stairs in the front!Negatives: Street parking on what we thought was a neighborhood road more of a main drag on the corner of a somewhat busy intersection. There is a small back alley but getting a vehicle in and out safely would be really hard. Also not a true 2 bedroom! The larger bedroom is a dinning room conversion so to get to anywhere else in the house people have to walk through bedroom! Layout if Front door into the living room, through the first bedroom (love the barn doors though) than the kitchen, bathroom, 2nd very small bedroom! It was cute just wished some of those details were in the listing! Lots of food places to eat within a short walk! "

"This is a very nice spacious apartment in a good location. The unit has bumps and bruises, but overall it is a very good space. A couple drawbacks are that the washer and dryer are all the way down in a somewhat dingy basement and the parking is only on street.The Missouri botanic Gardens are a very easy walk from this unit along with local cafés.We had no trouble finding the unit and checking in."
