"we had no pets. We loved the clean feel of the place, and the quality of the beds- much needed. the kitchen was stocked with all the things needed to cook. Nice showers too. The location was great. Traffic was difficult Sat night- had to wait for a spot to open up, which was surprising. But Sun and Mon nights not as busy. And there was a Schnuks nearby. Would book again! thanks!"

"When we got into our room we found the following issues: 1. Room smeeled like an ash tray, 2. Stains and paint peeling off the walls, 3. Stains on the bed spreads, 4. Poor repairs to the damaged walls and bathroom door, 5. We got 2 wash and hand towels and only 1 shower towel for 3 people, 6. The location is in a poor area of town. "

"Original rental was for 3 bedroom, cancelled on us the evening before. Moved to this 2 bedroom rental which was also cheaper, but wasn't refunded the difference. Was basically told at least we had a place to stay. This unit was dirty, we swept the floor and it was filthy. Trash left in the trash can and smelled. Moldy coffee in the coffee pot. A bed was broken, most furniture is so loose it's on the verge of breaking. Including having to tighten screws on one of the bunk beds so it was safe. There's a hole in the bathroom ceiling that's just got unfinished drywall pieces put up with inch gaps visible in to the ceiling. The pictures on this listing do not reflect this rental at all. "
