"When we arrived at the property, the cleaning lady and maintenance man were still there. Of course we were early. The cleaning lady walked out with a cigarette and some maintenance items weren't completed. There was glass on the front porch from the light, the shower wasn't completed until the next day (which wasn't done correctly). There needs to be more seating in the back yard, the back porch needs to be fixed and re-stained. We did enjoy the house overall. It was great for 12 ladies to stay together while bowling state tournament."

"This house was perfect! Everything was very clean! Jim answered any questions we had within minutes. Being able to park inside the gated driveway was an excellent bonus! I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking in the St.Louis area. Nice, quiet neighborhood and only minutes to downtown. Will definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!!"

"This property made us wish we had been able to extend our stay. I don't like to use the term "picky", but with past stays there always seems to be something that could land in the negative column. Not this place & not this management group. Truly, from communication, to a special request, location & feeling of being immediately comfortable in a space...it was great. Perfect for two, but adding a couple of kids would be just fine. Room to relax & unwind after a day of travel or enjoying the really nice area & highlights of St. Louis. The on street parking was never a problem, we parked right out front. No weird activity. We felt secure.I need to mention the details in the original design of the property. It was updated perfectly while maintaining the whole reason we booked in this part of the city.Comfortable bed. Great kitchen setup. Everything supplied for morning coffee & tools needed to fix a meal. It is the top floor, so we didn't hear neighbors at all. It was nice to have access to the backyard space...so bring the pups to the park!The attention to cleanliness was the best and noticeable too.We had the opportunity to visit with a gentleman connected with Square and he was very kind & gracious.We have stated that we would love to bring the grandsons to visit City Museum and would definitely stay again. Note: If you check out Google Earth to preview areas, don't be alarmed. Current views depict work that are complete now. "

"We felt like guests staying in Dave's home. The home is beautifully renovated from top to bottom and is stocked with everything you can possibly need. The beds are also very comfortable.Dave was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to a few misc. questions. If we come back to STL, we plan to stay here again."

"The unit fit our needs very well. Close proximity to our event venue and walking distance from great dining and entertainment. Tastefully appointed family room, den and kitchen. Vary clean and comfortable. "

"I found the perfect place for a getaway weekend with my two college friends — the kind of weekend where all you want to do is gab, gab, gab and catch up on twenty years of stories. This house could not have been a better setting.There are two spacious bedrooms with multiple beds, including one that was more than big enough for my over-six-foot-tall friend — no small detail! The dining room is generous and welcoming; we lingered there for hours over a wonderful pasta dinner and glasses of red wine. Surrounded by beautiful antiques, it felt easy and natural to drift back into memories from years ago.The front living room has a giant TV (which we never even turned on) and huge, incredibly comfortable couches that practically invite long conversations. The large eat-in kitchen was another highlight — roomy enough for all three of us to cook together on the electric stove while continuing our nonstop conversation.The house also has an amazing screened porch. We visited during a stretch of very cold winter weather, so we didn’t get to use it, but we’re already talking about coming back in warmer months so we can sit out there into the wee hours of the night.Two full bathrooms made everything easy, and I have to mention the best surprise of all — the towels. Thick, plush, and luxurious — the kind you’d expect in a four-star hotel.While it felt perfectly intimate for our group of three, the house is large enough to comfortably accommodate many more without feeling crowded. "Charming photos and a lively area near by. Close to the arch and zoo. Offers a warm/dry place to stay. Spend a little more and stay somewhere thats not this dump! As someone that travels a lot for work, this is the worst place I've stayed in 10 years easily!Pros: communication is good. Off street parking. HOT water! Cons: inside is in poor repair (land lord special!). Very dated. Loud due thin walls (could hear people snoring at night!). Lots of noise from inside and outside the apartment. Bed is terribly uncomfortable and frame is some cheap temu turd. Minimal cutlery. Super cheap towels (bring your own!). Blinds let in so much light may as well just leave the lights on. Bedroom doesnt have a fan. On check out we noticed the living room floor vent was open to a "basement area" that someone could easily peep on you!!! "
