And if they could of supplied us with a small bottle of milk instead of those miniature milk capsules. But other than that, we had a great stay"

Having made a reservation through Expedia and having received emailed confirmations, on my arrival at Grand Hotel, the staff had not the foggiest idea I was coming. "For the three days we were there, the Wifi didn't work. My husband needed to do work, so had to use his hotspot. We hung up our towels to reuse; but housekeeping took them away, and didn't replace them. We had 1 towel between us the day we left. Also, no coffee plunger in the room...just instant coffee:("
