Actually the hotel looks outdated,everything looks old,the carpet looked like hasn't been cleaned in years,only thing I liked in this hotel was the bathroom,it was cleaned very well and have some amenities.For the high price I paid in this hotel I should have expected much more.I've stayed in generic hotels and have been much better than this one.I think the reviews are very misleading ,I would say this hotel is good but definitely not excellent.

Showed up at 6:30 and room was not clean told to wait another 20 mins - had to complain and then only offered an extra offer of a voucher Check in is 4:00 Book in more staff when hotel is full for the night Hallways are dark and dingy wallpaper peeling off and all marked up

This pet friendly proper is our new go-to whwn in Oakville. Everything was so clean and the staff were all excellent and eager to help if there were any issues. One of the airconditioning units in our suite stopped working and they came in and exchanged it for a brand new one as soon as they realized they could not fix the old one. Having both a Denny's and CHOP Steakhouse on the property was very convenient as well as the small market in the hotel where you could purchase drinks, snacks and even deodorant if needed. Overall I would give this location a 10/10 and I look forward to staying there again!

Property is run down. Hot tub cold , ice machines are hit and miss working, for price point no breakfast or any other feature, no smart TV or streaming network access. Needs updating

Great relaxing stay! For Victoria Day Weekend, it was a perfect getaway, the prices were far more reasonable compared to its competitors and overall great service. The elevators were a little slow is a small con but didn’t really matter much. Wish the rooms were a little more soundproof as we could hear people outside of the room. Would come again!

Great stay! Only issue is that they didn’t clean the rooms during our three night stay or replace towels etc…no coffee on the weekend!

The indoor pool was inviting and the two dining options without having to go anywhere was great. The nearby cinema and shops offered a convenience not seen at other hotels in the area. I would have liked a room higher up with a view of other than the roof and equipment. Room was comfortable and clean.

Hotel room we had needs to be updated. Carpet, sofa, bathroom and the mattress really needs to be replaced. The air conditioning system was extremely loud when it cut in. It’s convenient because it’s off the hwy and the parking is free.

The room is small and not clean. My kids found a dirty sock under the bed and a dead spider on the ceiling light. The interior is falling apart too such as the wall paper and shower curtain rod. The overall quality is not as expected.
