24/7 desk was always extremely friendly, helpful and supportive of anything we needed! Our room was very small but clean and had everything we might need (mini fridge, micro, hair dryer). It was great walking distance to everything as well.

I’ve stayed at a lot of places in New York and this is near the bottom of the pack. Bare bones room. Window air conditioning unit, which meant that you either had to choose between air-conditioning or sunlight and people able to see into your room. Pillows that were hard from I’m about 12 inches deep meaning your head was vertical all night. Trucks that woke me up at 4 AM. I called the property several times realizing that I was going to arrive very late and was told their number was out of service. I checked Expedia and saw that they typically responded to emails and about a day, which wasn’t going to help me. Then I got an email that was a very polite threat telling me that if I didn’t reach out to them, they were going to cancel my room by 11 PM. What kind of customer service is that?

Room was very small , bathroom made noise all night we actually left at 4am could not sleep with the noise. There was only one staff member and we asked about parking he response he doesn’t know .

The hotel is in an incredible location in the middle of Manhattan. Daily housekeeping, the deluxe room was quite spacious, the staff at reception was very helpful. The only thing I’d appreciate is a safe in the room and a thorough cleaning of the ac vents as they were a bit dusty. Other than that the hotel exceed my expectations especially for the price.

Hotel is nice and cheap to be in mid manhattan, not the best hotel, but decent. They had tv, microwave, refrigetator, not sure if the A/C was working, but it was there, and it wasn't super hot, so it was doing something. Staff was friendly and they hold our bags for 5 dollars per bag after checkout.
