"Good location, immediate beach access plenty of parking but no complimentary water in the lobby mini fridge. Also, they charge fee fees for chair, chairs, and towels, and beach badges even though it’s off-season. They should should either not charge or allow a credit for the sundries in the lobby. There’s also a weird clanking noise from what we thought was the air vent on the building. It was really annoying all night long kept us up. "

"The room was clean but the staff, except for the front desk individual were not engaged.. they all stood around talking and hanging out - you couldn’t tell who worked there or didn’t. The bar tender sat behind the bar with a backwards baseball cap on talking to other staff and watching tv - disappointed. They didn’t have the items stocked that were on the bar menu. The cafe in the lobby had flies under the glass w the pastries."

"Website and listing claims Trey have cribs. Property informed me they do not offer that. I was traveling with an infant and this was very inconvenient not to mention false advertisement. Outlets also did not work."

"Such a wonderful condition of the historical building. So many great items to explore and discover. Most uncomplicated check in/out to a B&B ever experienced. Saddest part we were only there for one night. Highly professional service during breakfast. Will come back whenever in the area. Thanks"
