"The staff was pleasant and helpful. Most outstanding to me was the actual Accessabile Room.The lower bed made getting in and out much easier. Also appreciated that the shower chair was separate. That made me able to move it where I needed it. "

"The hotel was fine until my niece unexpectedly got sick in the middle of the night I had approached the front desk staff about cleaning supplies to take care of the mess myself they only had Lysol wipes then decided to charge me over $100 to supposedly replace the carpet piece where they said they could not get the stain out! Completely ridiculous! And total b.s! Carpet cleaning would have gotten this taken care of it was not that bad!"

"Carpet smells in the entire building. A huge ice built up in the freezer and prevented from keeping items cold. Litters and used fake nail between the mattresses. We left early. "
