Nice hotel close to airport with shuttle . Not much close by which wasn't a big deal as we spent our time NYC and Jersey city . Staff was friendly and professional.

Cuando rentas en el Hotel la aplicación te dice que tienen los desayunos incluidos y es mucha mentira , están engañando al los clientes eso no se hace , quiten lo de desayunos incluidos del sistema porque es una estafa total , gracias

The room I had had torn blinds and it took a long time for the water in the tub to drain

The service was wonderful. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The checkin&checkout process was easy. The breakfast was good with alot of variety, something for everyone. The shuttle service was reliable and dropped us off close to our terminal. Finally, the room was large and comfortable with a king size bed area (with a good mattress and lots of pillows), and a sitting area with a sofa and a desk. Overall a nice experience. Would use them again when needing a hotel near the Newark airport.

The room was decent for a 29 hr trip. I hated the traffic trying to get to the hotel. There were hundreds of people right off the highway, blocking traffic. But the staff at the hotel was very friendly, helpful and compassionate.
