"Close to beach and boardwalk, was perfect for friends to stay to sleep and clean up to go out"

"The best part about our stay was the private beach access. While the house was cute and what you’d generally expect for a beach house, there were a number of things that were disappointing given the price of the rental. For example, it was advertised that there was a washing machine but you couldn’t load the detergent. One of the air vents was taped into the wall (otherwise it fell out) and it was difficult to open/lock some of the doors."

"My husband, adult son, and I enjoyed our time at this lovely little cottage. We were pleasantly surprised at how close it was to the beach, Auditorium, the main street, and Asbury Park. It was clean, quiet, Amy was a great host, and we enjoyed the 3 outdoor spaces."

"Property was clean, 1 block from beach, and off street parking (although tight but appreciated!). We were supplied beach badges, bedding and a few towels. Enclosed yard with picnic tables, outdoor shower and grill. LOVED our stay and will be back next year!"

"The house was great, very open allowing us to comfortably spread out after a day at the beach. The outdoor patio is great plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors. Location was a short walk to the beach not difficult at all to cross 35 to get there!!"

"Daniel's cottage is spacious (certainly for one person), clean, and well located, just a short walk into town or to the beach. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and everything went smoothly. Beach badges a major plus! Would definitely stay there again."
