Staff was helpful the whole time and I was suprised with the semi automated check in (there is some interaction with a person but you also interct with a computer by scanning your passport , you confirm some infomration and you get your breakfast coupons automatically). For the check out , you only drop your key in a dropbox and thatˋs it ."
