They could not even help us order a taxi...

+ Great location + Room has AC - Bed was worn in and not comfy - No AC on any floor other than lobby - Service was nothing more than minimal - THEY COULD NOT HELP US ORDER A TAXI TO THE AIRPORT. They said "fully booked", and could not help us any further. I doubt every taxi in Tokyo was busy.

Nice location being close to Ueno Station, and Ameyokocho for evening food adventures. Couldn't control the heat, it was a little too warm and my skin got a little dry.
