"We enjoyed our three night stay at Asakusa View Hotel. Staff out front meet you at the entry to assist with luggage and walk you to the registration desk. They also get you situated once you check in and answer questions along the way. They speak excellent English. Room was very neat, compact and clean. Amenities for bath, skin care and toothbrush were nice. We booked the City View* Executive Double - an appreciated surprise was access to the lounge on the top floor with views of Sky Tree and Sensoji Temple. Lounge staff were very professional and treat guests as everyone is VIP, light breakfast of yogurt with toppings, soft boiled egg, toast with fixings, great coffee/latte. The breakfast buffet was crowded but offered so many delicious options so simply work around the lines - it’s on the 26th floor with nice views even on cloudy days. *On our last day the City View room provided a distant view of snow capped Mt Fuji. This hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to: Sensoji, Nakamura Street, Hoppy Street, Asakusa Station 03, Kappabashi Dougugai Kitchen Town. Lots of shops (Don Quijote, local trinket and snack stores, plus dollar store like Watts) and places to eat. We’ll stay here again hopefully soon :)"

"We stayed 6 nights and had an excellent experience. The hotel is well equipped with iron, washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, and plenty of hangers and towels. The area is quiet, and although it’s a few more minutes’ walk than most hotels, we enjoyed it and will stay again. The only issue was the dryer, which didn’t work properly even after two cycles, but the room heating helped finish drying our clothes."
