"The Marunouchi Hotel is a beautiful hotel right next to the busy Tokyo Station, so it is extremely convenient for travelers. It has restaurants within walking distance, as well as the beautiful Imperial Gardens. From desk staff are polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and spacious."

"We had booked a standard room which turned out to be tiny. Staff assisted by providing an upgrade to a much more spacious and comfortable room for a fee. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. It was disappointing that on two occasions we had been out for the day and found our room had not been cleaned. The hotel itself is close to a station and Tokyo Dome but a bit far from shopping outlets."
