"This hotel was amazing. There were 2 breakfast options, one that was a buffet style with both Japanese and western options. The other was just Japanese. Every single staff member I met was super friendly and helpful. The room was more than adequate. Comfortable bed, good amenities in the room. If there was anyone in the room next to mine, I didn't hear anything from them. I would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that would have made my stay better would be to increase the number of elevators. "

"Ayano did an awesome job. This was first landing experience in Japan we were greeted well with an excellent charming Lady Ayano who made us feel at home. She was ready to help with all our questions. Room was small but compact was set up so beautifully made us enjoy every part of our stay. Place is highly recommended and our Ayano made us feel welcome as home."

Lots of dining and shopping options within Tokyo Station and buildings surrounding the station. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again on future trips to Tokyo if available."
