Hostel Receptionist, did not understand basic English. Pods were uncomfortable, light didn’t work, AC didn’t work, bed was too small for pod. Terrible check-in time at 5 PM is ridiculous.

Interior is a little dated, not much soundproofing, mattress was thin and bottom of capsule was hard. That being said, I slept pretty well and it was a great value for the price.

This was the worst place I stayed at in Tokyo. The staff is rude and you are not allowed to sit in the lobby if you arrive before check in (which isnt until 5pm even though check out is 10am?) and there were many alarms going off from the building throughout the night. There’s also a tv inconveniently placed that I kept hitting my head on and it has no remote anyways and does not work. It’s also very hot inside the capsules and very little ventilation in the room.

浜松町にこの値段で泊まれるのはありがたい! お風呂の床はヌルヌルしてた。館内はスリッパはなくお風呂上がりは裸足か靴下をまた履かないといけなかった。 歯ブラシとタオルと浴衣があり荷物は減る。 値段相応かと思う。

昔ながらのカプセルホテルです。設備はお世辞にも綺麗とは言えませんが、清掃は丁寧にされていると思います。 チェックインの際、スタッフの方が暖かく迎えてくださりましたが、館内利用などの説明が一切ありませんでした。私は慣れているから分かりましたが、カプセルホテル初心者には難易度が高いかもしれません。
