My Stay was awesome! Very helpful and kind staffs. I can leave my luggages for free (when i checked out) Walkable with 500 meters from Metro train. Very nice! Happy that I choose here

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very helpful. Our room had an amazing view of Tokyo Skytree and the skyline. The in room ventilation only had limited effect, so me careful during hot weather. But in Fall we were comfortable.

The rooms are a little dated but were perfectly fresh. The beds are a little soft. On the other hand you could not here the street from inside the room, which is very important for sleep. Unfortunately the arragement of the room I stayed in made it impossible to open a travel suitcase on the floor.

Not quite the location I had anticipated but thats my fault not the hotels. The staff were wonderful. Very diligent workers and always helpful. Enjoyed the beds and space. Great place to be in, quiet and away from busy city hustle and bustle. Close to transportation also so very convenient that way. Only thoughts from experience would be some modern renovations could be done and more specific cleanliness could be done. There were stains and what looked like splashed fluid marks on walls and cabinets etc. Bathroom had an odd smell. Otherwise everything else was well kept and in good shape. Staff were always nearby and willing to help with anything you needed. Much appreciated. Arigatou!

Stayed here for 10 nights. Staff were friendly, efficient, polite and kind. Room was of a good size and the bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and would stay here again.
