"Such a nice cabin with the perk of covered parking which was nice because we arrived in the rain. We ride motorcycles & can get muddy, so I was relieved to find concrete floors. The rain on the tin roof ensured a great night of sleep. There was ice in the freezer, coffee & filters near the coffee pot & a variety of spices for cooking. The only issue we ran across was not finding the Wi-Fi password. I could have reached out & asked, but was too tired to worry about it, so that’s on me."

"We stayed at this property for two nights. We came from South Carolina to watch the Total Solar Eclipse. Our stay could not have been more perfect. Perfect Getaway
"I booked this place as a surprise anniversary get away. We loved our stay here. We enjoyed staying in watching The Lord of the Rings right next to the beautiful hobbit door! We also enjoyed venturing out to some great State Parks: Less than 10 minutes from Lake Dardanelle and about 45 min from Petit Jean. The Hobbit House also seemed like it would be a great getaway for a family or friends who love Tolkien. Kitchen is great if you want to cook your own meals and the couches and bed are comfy. You can hear noises from upstairs, so light sleepers may want to pack a noise machine."
