"We were looking for a nice comfortable place to stay for 3 couples. We were attending the Bike Rally in town. It was just perfect to have a separate room for each couple but be able to hang out with everyone and even make dinner. The only downside was they didn’t have a grill, but that was not something they listed they had. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Was also a good location, not to far from the rally."

"We stayed at this property to visit my nephew and relax for Mother’s Day weekend. The host was awesome! Ty met us on site and gave us a tour and explained how everything worked. There was a bad storm that made a mess of the hot tub the night before our arrival. Ty wasted no time to get it cleaned up and working so we could enjoy it. He had extra special touches at the house such as bottled water and an assortment of coffees. We would be so happy to stay again."

"Everything was fine but for the five German Shepherds at the house to the north. They kept us up at night and went completely ballistic if we tried to let our dog out in the back yard."

"The place is amazing. There is a fantastic deck to the water outside. Some of our guests did a little catch and release back there and some of us just relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful weather. The open plan in the house was perfect for those inside. There is also a sun room attached for a smaller group to visit. We had guests from Denver, San Francisco and other places that were all very impressed. Jake and Amber were very responsive. I think you should put pictures of the deck to the water on...

"Sits just off the hwy. At night it is a little hard to see. Other than that, super nice place. Very clean! Even with being close to the hwy, it is extremely quiet. Host Allan was very accommodating, quick to answer all of my questions. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. THANKS ALLAN! I will be staying here whenever I have the need to visit this area."

"Beautiful views of the River Valley in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located to all area attractions. I recommend driving along the river to downtown Fort Smith for the Saturday morning farmers market when you stay here."

"We rented this cabin to get out of the city and enjoy the outdoors. Very relaxing to sit in the swing by the river. We watched kayakers and rafters floating by the property. Due to rain the day before we arrived, we had a private waterfall all weekend. We enjoyed the property."

"The location is outstanding. The luxury condo is located on top of a vista. The view overlooking the valley is beautiful. Everything inside is top-notch. Loved that it had two bathrooms for the two bedrooms. We will come back for another visit!"
