"We got what we were looking for! The drive way is pretty rocky, but our mini van made it. We loved the privacy. Our kids loved the lofts! Both lofts could use a box fan to keep cool in the hot summer months. All the supplies we needed were there, we just supplied the food and drinks!"

"We were in Ft. Smith for the USSSA Baseball Tournament June 27-29, 2025 so I needed something close to the Kelley Park Ballfields. I looked at some hotels but then decided to check VRBO and found this really cute house that was only 8 minutes from the fields and more affordable, too. I loved that it had 3 bedrooms so both boys (ages 8 and 10) could have their own rooms. "I stayed here on the way to my destination and on the way back. It’s in a very safe area which is extremely important to me because I was traveling with my kids. The rooms are very clean, a bit dated but that is the vibe so it wasn’t concerning. Beds are extremely comfortable and we needed a roll away on the drive back and we were accommodated with no problems. Breakfast was hot, delicious and amazing. There is a variety of options and they even have yogurt and oatmeal if you don’t feel like something heavy or sugary. The staff is super nice and super helpful. If I’m ever passing through Fort Smith again, I will be coming back. "
