"I booked a king/non-smoking, upon check in I was told I did not book that room but rather a double/smoking room. She was adamant that I did not book the room that I had and that there were no King/nonsmoking rooms left and asked if I want to cancel the entire reservation!!! I pulled up my reservation on my phone which showed the king/nonsmoking and amazingly they had one available. She was very rude and, had I not had proof of my reservation she was going to put me in something I did not pay for, or worse, cancel the entire reservation. "

There were not many choices of hotels in Ozark but this looked to be the better option. And I was correct to choose this one. If I return to Ozark, I will stay there again. "I stayed in August, and the A/C worked well. The Inn is conveniently located near food and gas. The nightly rate was very affordable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly."

"We had a wonderful time in this cabin and would book it again due to them accommodating pets so easily! Our 3 dogs had a great time and even spent time up in the eagles nest with us. The area has great swimming holes and hikes to get out with the doggos in the heat. Our only complaints are to have better instructions for the amenities (for example: how to get to the boat dock, while the owner was quick to respond, think it would be more ideal if there was instructions in the welcome book!) And the other is cleanliness, our towels stunk like mildew and had to rewash before use and thats probably because they have you throw them in the washer and start it before check out so there's no telling how long they sit in there. Other than that we loved it and would recommend!"
