This is definitely a budget motel. Nevertheless, it was clean &, most importantly, given the Arkansas heat in August, the air conditioning worked perfectly. While the paint on the walls looked good, & the shower unit looked new, it would help the appearance of the room to paint the back of the door more frequently. It looked like it had been scuffed on multiple occasions with luggage, or something.

Reasonable price for these times. Room was clean and well maintained. They have a surcharge of $3 if you use a credit card to charge your room. There's a very tacky, cluttered and dirty breezeway where the ice machine is.

Rooms are large and very nice. I was not expecting something this nice in a small town but the rooms are much better than some of the major hotel chains. Highly recommend and I would stay here again.

Just needed a room for the night during it travels. This place was clean and quiet . We didn’t check in until very late at night and left early the next morning. But we got a good night sleep.

Friendly check-in. I was on my motorcycle, and the check-in lady gave me an old washcloth to wipe off the road dust from my bike, and she told me to keep it. She also told me about some of the sites to visit in Paris. Clean, quiet, and near stores and restaurants. And, the police department was just one block away, giving me a safe, secure feeling.

Good little motel.

We stayed here for the 2024 eclipse weekend. It was one of the few hotels that didn’t jack their prices way up for this special event. The room was comfortable and we slept well. Nothing fancy but it was clean and I would stay here again.

Good maintenance

Other than B&Bs, this is the only option in Paris. It is an old facility, but the owners do a pretty good job of keeping it up to date and clean. Since we are only in the room to sleep, it works perfectly. We have used it a number of times.

The room was clean, didn't smell, and everything worked like it should. The beds were comfortable and the towels were good. The shower head in the shower was comically low, but other than that, it was fine. The facility is older, and it shows, but updates have been made in the rooms. It was nice to have a microwave and minifridge.

Stayed two nights. Very surprised that the room was clean, trash removed, and towels changed after the first night. In our travels we are seeing fewer mom and pop ventures providing this service. It is common to have to ask the office for towels.

Very old and very small. Had to stand in freezing temperatures for around 15 minutes waiting for someone to unlock lobby and check me in. There is no coffee pot in room. It’s old and quaint that supplies the bear minimum. Beds were comfortable.

What a sad stay. The motel is old, which could be okay but its also in disrepair and filthy. There are no amenities or in room hygiene. There was a bar of soap and toilet paper, thats it. No blankets on the bed! Just dirty decorative coverlets and sheets. Queen beds, but only 2 pillows. Bring your own pillows though, because you will be charged for anything extra (blankets, towels, pillows). Visible filth on walls, floors, doors. No bedside lamp and overhead lights dont go completely go off, they have an after glow that could cause issues with sleeping if you are light sensitive. Strong spice smell on the linens and pillows, like cumin maybe?? Owner complained about booking through third party (Expedia) and it appears I am receiving an additional charge that neither Expedia or hotel informed us about at time of booking, it was only in my Expedia messages from the hotel. No protective lock on the doors, just the one that the key card opens and Owner has a master. Drop ceilings with textured cinderblock walls and peeling trim. The water pressure eis good, but shower is dirty, the beds are okay but can't get extra linens or pillows and the bed coverlets were dirty with visible crusty stains. Overall, very disappointed. Please visit Paris, its a beautiful, special little town that deserves to be seen....just dont stay at Paris INN.
