The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. "Super clean and in a central area in shinjuku. The area directly behind the 711 on the property often is dirty and littered with people sleeping in the street. That being said, it still felt very safe"
