It was really nice stay during our family. The loccation is very close to Otuska station. The room bit small but it is cosy and clean. Also, staffs are very nice and friendly!

Perfect location 5 minute walk from Otsuka JR station. Area is outside of busy tourist areas, more local food and shopping options. Hotel was spotless, staff went above and beyond to make stay enjoyable. On site restaurant great for breakfast. Free walking tours of the area. DJ and activities in lobby area in the evening. Highly recommend.

Staff and amenities at the hotel are excellent. Beautiful rooms. My kids loved the loft bed. Very comfortable beds, and AC worked very well. It's clean, modern and well appointed. Privacy blinds in the room which was nice. Bathroom really nice with a separate shower room. Just be careful because the clearance for the low bed is low so you do need to duck if you are over 5'7". I'm 5'9" so it's a little tight, but nothing to complain about if you are careful. The breakfast was excellent. Various risotto's for breakfast, which was unique. A little more variety would have been nice, but it was still good. You only have the choice of around 5 breakfast options, 4 of which are risotto. They were really good though. My kids loved the chill vibe of the lobby and dining area.

Good value hotel in convenient location

Good value hotel in a convenient location very close to Otsuka station. The room was clean, modern and well-designed and makes clever use of space. Disappointing that although there is a kettle in the room no tea or coffee are provided. The split-level arrangement in which the sleeping platform is directly above the living area and accessed by a short flight of steps may not work for people who are tall or have mobility problems. Good breakfasts including a western-style option.

Nicely designed room. Enjoyed with eyes. But functionality of room is ?. Prrsonally mezza 9 should be 10cm higher. We didnt find aircon controller in a room. It was unusually warm day for November and we were staying at 13F. It was too hot and we couldnt sleep. There was no bottle of water or tea / coffee to offer, only green tea bag at the lobby. Lobby was full of suit case. You have to walk carefully between luggages. Toilet at the lobby was full of dust on the floor.

La sranza era pulita e in ordine, il personale gentile (anche se parlava un inglese molto stentato e si faceva fatica ad intendersi). L'hotel è in una posizione eccellente, appena fuori dalla stazione JY di Otsuka, strategica per collegarsi con quaksiasi parte di Tokyo. L'unico neo per noi coppia di 60enni è stato la tipologia di letto, un soppalco in legno con le scale, non proprio agevole. Per andarci bisognava abbassarsi altrimenti si batteva la testa, sia sopra che sotto il soppalco stesso (e ci è capitato diverse volte!). Dunque si tratta di stanze adatte a chi ha famiglie con bambini (dei nostri amici ne sono rimasti entusiasti, specialmente il loro figlioletto!), per chi comincia a diventare un po' più anziano è piuttosto scomodo! In sostanza e solo per questo motivo, io e mia moglie non ci torneremmo, ma lo consigliami a giovani famiglie!
