"I checked in on a Saturday night. When I pulled up I could see the parking lot and lobby was extremely busy and didn’t really feel like dealing with it after a long drive. After I parked the car, I stood in line for about 10 minutes. When I approached the front desk clerk, I commented that I hope they didn’t give my room away. She assured me that they still had a room for me and was very nice with all the check in process.she also provided me with a free drink from the bar. The room was very clean. I don’t like that parking has to be paid for, but I don’t think it’s the fault of the hotel. I’m thinking it’s a city thing."

"We had a wonderful experience as a first time guest. Nathan helped us tremendously with accommodations for our daughter’s 13th birthday and we received so many compliments from other parents. The pool and lazy river areas are stunning. We will definitely stay there again."

The service was great, very competent but unobtrusive. I am on a road trip and i will stay there on my return trip as well as tell all my traveling friends about it."
