It was a busy day so we got our room late. Elevator situation was terrible but it was NYE so I can understand. Everything else was good. We really enjoyed seeing the NYE fireworks from our room’s balcony.

Room was clean, staff were courteous. I love the location of the Westin due to it being away from all the commotion on the Riverwalk. The elevators, however, were noisy and clunky. The hotel has 4 elevators but on the first 2 days of my stay, there is only one that is working
