Check in was fast, front desk staff offered great information on the hotel. We thought the rooftop bar would be an issue since our room was next to it, but it was not! Our room was also right across from the elevators, they seemed loud at times but didn't prevent us from getting a great night sleep. Like the room setup and some of the auto features on the lighting. Very convenient (walking distance) to most of the major attractions. We would stay again!

Love this hotel! I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights while attending a convention in San Antonio, TX, and had a great experience overall. The hotel is about a 10–15 minute walk from the convention center and is conveniently located near many great restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that housekeeping cleaned my room the day after I arrived, even though the front desk had mentioned that housekeeping was provided every other day as part of their energy- and environmentally-friendly efforts. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The only minor issue I noticed was the ventilation in the bathroom. It didn’t seem very strong, and there were some stains on the ceiling that may have been caused by trapped moisture. Other than that, everything was great! They also have an on-site laundry room. Although I didn’t use it during this trip, I always appreciate having that amenity available, especially for longer stays. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again when I’m back in San Antonio!

The hotel had practically everything you would want in a hotel. It was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. There is a bar out in the first floor. There is a restaurant on the roof with a bar . They did have breakfast. I did not use the breakfast service . What they didn’t have was a pool.
