"The place is clean and safe and that's great. The staff is nice, but the finishes and carpets in the rooms and some of the hallways show some where and tear and aging. The only thing that really ruined this visit was the pool was out of service. Apparently they were retiling it so it was empty. I specifically picked this hotel because of the pool, so that was upsetting."

"I really like it here at this location. Office Staff is always friendly and helpful and the maintenance man helped out very quickly to get things fixed or replaced. It’s very quiet and no drama outside like other motel 6/studio 6 location's I’ve stayed at. It’s also very close to many restaurants and close access to the freeway and all of medical center. The room rate is very affordable as well. I also love the fact that if you reserve the 2 queen bed suite you get a whole separate bedroom and separate bathroom for each with a little double door in between to close for separate privacy. The little kitchenette also has full size refrigerator and microwave, a sink and lots of pantry space and a mini stovetop with 2 burners. I would choose to stay here over and over. :) and a great plus ….the TV has NBC so I could watch my Spurs during the playoffs. ❤️. Awesome awesome. Keep up the good work Pasteur court location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The hotel was clean ans the breakfast was great, over all the stay was good. I did find some problems the pool had a lot of leaves, the remote for the T.V. in our room was broken and we had a hard time making it work. Since the pool was dirty I wanted to take a bath, bit the thing to close the tub never worked and last but not least the fridge in the room had an ugly chorizo smell."

"The only downfall was that we had an event that we were attending to that was all morning and all afternoon and we could not order food to eat unless we were our room which meant we missed parts of the event and this event is not broke out in sessions because it was a powerlifting event."

"I had stayed at this hotel several times over the past few months because of its convenient location and generally calm atmosphere. While the breakfast options are limited to basics like yogurt, coffee, and bread, that was never an issue for me since there is an IHOP right next door. I had previously felt comfortable staying here and had not had any major concerns. During my most recent stay, I found a live cockroach in my child’s snack container in the room and immediately reported it to management. The incident was acknowledged by the property, but what was most disappointing was how it was handled afterward. I was initially told I would receive a 50% adjustment, but the follow-up written communication changed this to a 15% discount toward a future stay instead. Expedia later confirmed that the property acknowledged the incident but declined a refund. This was especially disappointing because I would have considered staying here again if the situation had been handled differently. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning, particularly when it comes to keeping food in the room for my children. The location is convenient, but this experience significantly changed my trust in the property."
