"Outstanding hotel in a beautiful location, I was blessed to have booked it. Clean tidy, the rooms were large with all facilities you need. Great air-conditioning and heating, real easy to figure out. Shower does take a little time to heat through but no issue.
I cannot compliment all the staff enough from the manager, an absolute darling to the room service people. As a lone female I felt like i was staying with friend. On a main bus route with buses every 10 minutes down town."
"The beds were okay, I have stayed at other places and the beds were much better. The bathroom was very nice even though the toilet seat was loose. The TV didn’t work. We booked this place as we were driving late at night. When we got there the door was locked and a phone number was provided but nobody answered. They should have a buzzer for after hours. The gentleman that let us in was friendly at first but seemed to have an attitude as time went on. I would stay there again."
"It is a great place to stay. It their TV entertainment system sucks! We tried to watch regular CBC TV and for more than a day it was disconnected, down, whatever! Staff were quick to try to balance this inconvenience by discounting the car parking, which was a nice gesture!"
"This hotel exceeded our expectation. My family arrived around 10pm. Front desk associate was truly hospitable and caring. Seemed that she has sensed our tiredness from the day. I did not have to ask any questions. The room was nicely odourized, spotless and well lit. Everything in the room and bathroom makes sense and nailed what a true hospitality should be. Free breakfast was a bonus."
