"Upon exiting the elevator on the 6th floor we were greeted with the stench of cigarette smoke coming from one of the rooms close to the elevator. When we entered our room, which was very close to the elevator, our room stunk of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk and advised them of the situation. ..."
