" Our Feb. 1 room was booked about 2 weeks prior. With a correction by my partner , I then registered Feb. 2 room. We needed a room with a King Sized Bed ( have 7 sons and for those years, it was queen sized bed). We arrived early on Feb 1 to see if we could make 1 room with no transfers to the Feb2 room. The clerk was exceedingly helpful. Back at 3 and there was one room for two. The young clerk was very helpful"
