The Gananoque Inn, a modern step in history

Excellent facility for its age. The Gananoque Inn has been in operation for a very very long time and yet we did not feel its age. The rooms had been renovated and were modern. Breakfast at the hotel was geat! Thanks Riddhi for the excellent service you have provided us.

Given the age of the property, this was an overall positive experience. Check in at front desk was nice and very accommodating, and service by staff was great. This place has so much potential. Located on the water, two restaurants, right in such a quaint section of the town. It’s charming, full of character, and clean. There were just a few things I can’t quite put my finger on. It wasn’t welcoming; staff was OK, our bath towels were ripped. The breakfast was cold. These things aren’t deal breakers. I’m speaking more from the perspective that for the money, and the vibe it looks like should have upon arrival, it could just be so much more.

My best friend and I were here to celebrate 25 years of friendship. This was very relaxing and accommodating! We are highly pleased with their updates and breakfast options. The location is ideal, especially if you book an "exclusive" riverview outside room. The extra privacy and view is worth it! The employees work very hard and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Most relaxing vacay away ever! This is within walkinh distance to the boat rides and all restaurants in the area, even downtown.
