"Apartment was occupied by someone else when we arrived despite the rental being confirmed. Thankfully we avoided walking in when someone was there. But two parties having access to the security code to get in is a problem in so many fronts — could have gone horribly wrong, Nevermind the terrible inconvenience this caused us. Host was unresponsive to multiple messages. Had to contact VRBO for a refund. They were helpful but there were no rentals available in town that night AT ALL. This host...

"The check-in was super easy as everything is electronic. Kurt and Nicole provided detailed instructions so everything was a breeze. We stayed for nearly a week and we were so well supported during our stay. Kurt and Nicole were super helpful and positive. There is a community centre across the street with a nice fitness centre and pool which was a bonus. All in all a lovely little spot close to downtown. "
