The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was excellent. It was lovely to be able to have a good meal with wine and not worry about driving. Staff shortages meant it was a while before the bed situation was sorted but we were in the bar by then so not really an issue. The receptionist was apologetic and keen to resolve the issue so bonus points to her."
