"Second time we have stayed. Lovely hotel, with great staff and a lovely restaurant.
Very busy pub but a lovely atmosphere.
Parking is tight, meant to be for hotel guests only but we noticed a lot of people parking there and then walking off into town.
We will be back when we stay in Lincoln again."

"We have stayed here twice now - and was more then pleased with everything on the first visit, on the second we had a room facing the car park and not the marina as last time, so that was a little bit disappointing. Also a gas pipe on the wall outside kept making noise thruout the night.

"Fantastic little stay at this place. You can really see that they have put some thought into how they do things to make yiur stay enjoyable.
The bed was comfortable with fresh and clean bedsheets, the bathroom was clean with clean towels. The continental breakfast thatnis left in the room is a great odea. Simply pick up what you want, take it down to the dining area/kitchen area and prepare.
I really enjoy it and will be back.
