"Lovely pub and bar lovely food "

"Very quiet area and very flat. Great if you like animals, dogs, hens, sheep, horses and a turkey are within the grounds. Vintage mismatched rooms and fabulous breakfast with home made bread. Not much entertainment but 2 pubs nearby, one within walking distance, other serves food until 8pm. Lincoln city, castle and cathedral worth a visit. Very entertaining host, lovely family and winner of four in a bed!"

"Easy to find with satnav with good vehicle access and parking. Set well back from a main road in a beautiful two acre garden, there was not traffic noise. Rooms were very well appointed and every detail carefuly thought out to make your stay perfect. Breakfast menu was exceptional with choices to suit even the fussiest person. Perfectly placed for anyone visiting the aviation museum. I will most certainly stay here again."

"Do not hesitate to book. Spotlessly clean a huge comfortable bed, huge modern bathroom and very quite. The hosts can not do enough for you, a home from home in a gorgeous building, I stay in alot of hotels all over the country and this is one of the best."

"A very pleasant stay, staff were very friendly & the food was excellent. lovely bar area & nice quiet rooms of good size. Overall a good experience, just 2 little niggles. The restaurant could have a black pepper mill as a choice, & the room TV's could be slightly larger. My compliments though."

"I booked this room for my three sons (all in their 20's) for a University of Lincoln Graduation. The room was very clean and comfortable and what I expected for the very reasonable price that was charged which also included breakfast. The bed linen and towels were nice and fresh. The shower room was shared between several rooms but was always available when my sons went to use it. The owner is very friendly and helpful and allowed me to pay on checkout which is rare nowadays. "
