"The property was clean and well furnished with utensils and crockery.

Access was easy and the agents were quick to respond
There was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided tea and coffee was not provided.
I’ve stayed in many places similar to this and there has been this provided.

"Friendly efficient check in & out. Very comfortable bed. Excellent gym. Lovely pool & spa facilities.

Would definitely recommend - especially if you are attending an event at the O2. Very easy walk between the hotel & the venue. "
"The location is great for attending events at the Excel Centre, or nearby areas such as Canary Wharf, Greenwich, etc. It is also convenient because it is right off the Prince Regent DLR station. Just be aware that if you need to get to tourist attractions, many of them are at least 40 minutes away via transit."
"Free upgrade as our anniversary, our suite was fantastic. Thank you. Several lights weren’t working so please check them! Afra who checked us in was really nice, with a lovely smile. Breakfast was all good too. Thanks for everything."
"This is by far the tiniest I have ever stayed in but it was clean, comfortable and perfectly acceptable. Staff were friendly and it was pretty quiet and close to restaurants and rail links to West End, Docklands museum (VG) and, of course, the docks and Thames."
