"We loved staying here because its super close to all amenities, beach, ferry terminal,restaurants, entertainment, etc we mostly walked everywhere. On the days we needed a car we ordered cabs, convenient and very reasonable prices. The unit we stayed in was pretty old but still comfortable and quite clean and the view from the balcony is just amazing we were on the sixth floor. Beautiful sunrises and at the back of the units beautiful sunsets."

"This is a very old building that is no longer suitable for stays. The parking is terrible for larger four wheel drive vehicles. Appears to be a large block of ground the should be redeveloped as it is in a great position."
