"We stayed in a deluxe twin. The beds were the size of a double almost queen bed Nice size room with a coffee maker and kettle . Nice size tv and roomy updates bathroom. The staff was very efficient . The train station was directly across the street so very convenient to get anywhere. Nice neighborhood"

"Our room was very clean, had a tub and mini fridge, and was accessibility friendly for my husband with his walker. The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet area, close to a Tescos and transit and shopping. The room service was excellent and the food was delicious. The staff was so exceptional though that they are truly why I'm giving this place 5 stars! Ali at Starbucks in the lobby made every morning pleasant with his positive attitude and kindness. He really stood out, always greeting everyone with a smile, and taking delight in each customer. He also makes an amazing cappuccino! The concierge and front desk staff were so friendly and helpful too! They really have an incredible team working here. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we will certainly be back!"

"This is a lovely hotel in a great location close to Earls Court tube station. The deluxe room was a good size for a city hotel and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The members of staff at check-in and out were friendly and helpful. The only minor negative was the lift directly opposite our room. The lift itself was quiet and not a problem but the 'lift arrived' noise was shrill and intrusive, particularly early in the morning, as residents were going to breakfast. I assume this noise could be changed to something a little gentler. All-in-all though, a highly recommended hotel."

"Disliked strongly: check-in experience, complicated cafe menu, adding tips without warning, no coffee stir stick or spoon in room , breakfast experience also very bad, on 75% of the visits not enough coffee machines to handle demand , plates cold and food again 75% was lukewarm warm, the bread and toast machine a real joke, no bacon ,just warmed or dried ham, no butter on one occasion , result: only the potato fritters were not cold by the time one had finally collected their breakfast. The table tops felt sticky to one’s bare arms , the juice glasses were always warm, congrats! The food lids and tweezers were awkward and the table clearers overzealous to move people out. The concierge told me one day about ten pound for uber to the coach stn,that cost me thirty when I asked for it the next day. Another thing I particularly resent here and with Raddison Blu is the auto tv hotel commercial thats hard to get rid of. Corporatate smart - Alex money mizers that forget the guests experience!"
