"The hotel was interesting with a huge restaurant on the lobby floor that we didn’t try until our last day and it was excellent. We found it odd that for a 1 week stay, we were told right off the bat that they would not be cleaning our room during our stay, but we could ask at the desk for anything we wanted. It worked fine - we ran out of toilet paper and asked at the desk and they sent it up. The breakfast bar seemed to be under staffed - we tried a couple of times to grab something on our way out, but we skipped it and went across the street. Overall, we had a nice quiet, rested time there."

"We really enjoyed our 2 bedroom suite, very nice and spread out for our family. Having 2 bathrooms in the room was great. Also having a microwave and small kitchenette. Breakfast was great!"

"I had a fantastic stay here in Sept! The staff was exceptional, the accommodation amazing! I did book the king room, which was WELL worth the price. There was a personalized note, a bottle of wine on arrival, and lovely Nespresso machine. My favorite thing was the Brita tap! I drink a lot of water and that was key. Earl's Court is a great neighborhood, with easy access to the city and Heathrow, and a full sized grocery (that sells liquor) right up the street. I stocked up on cereal, fruit, cheese and rolls and just ate lunch out. I highly recommend the Resident, and can't wait to return."
